Please note there may be natural markings such as wrinkles, blemishes, or scratches that is an inherent characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather. Minor scratches or sewing marks that may occur during the production process are not considered defects or damages and are not valid reasons for exchange nor refunds.
Vegetable-tanned leather is long-lasting yet prone to scratches and senstive to water and moisture.
